Michael L. Newquist has joined Duffy Sweeney & Scott Ltd. in Providence as counsel. He was formerly a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago and for two years at Edwards & Angell LLP in Providence and Boston. Newquist concentrates his practice on general corporate and transactional matters. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and a juris doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law.
