Michael T. Owen, construction management consultant and president/chief executive officer of Warwick-based Celtic Management Group LLC, has been appointed president-elect of the Construction Specifications Institute, based in Alexandria, Va. He assists in leading the 16,000-member national organization. He is a member of CSI’s Rhode Island and Little Rock, Ark. chapters. As president-elect, he is a member of CSI’s board and executive committees, making Owen a key policymaker concerning the association’s strategic direction ad its major programs, products and services. He lives in Cranston.
