Warwick-based MultiCell Technologies Inc. announced it has launched a new Web site to represent the public company’s evolved structure as a merged entity and the company’s current technology focus, as well as to facilitate access to current information by investors and other interested parties. The new URL will shortly become www.MultiCellTech.com, but the site can also be reached through the former URLs — www.multicelltechnologies.com and www.exten.com.
W. Gerald Newmin, MultiCell’s chairman, chief executive officer and president, said, “We are very pleased to have finally completed our new Web site with PINT, and welcome any comments. We hope shareholders and anyone interested in MultiCell will find this site eminently more timely and navigable than our old site. We shall continue to add information in a timely manner.”
