Nancy DiSalvo has been promoted to vice president/ development manager of the colleague assist line at Citizens Bank in Providence. She joined the bank in 2000 as a team manager of the phone bank in business banking. She later was promoted to operations manager in the phone bank sales and business banking department. DiSalvo lives in West Greenwich.
