Nancy H. Bixby has been promoted to chief risk officer – senior vice president at Centreville Bank. Bixby’s responsibilities in this newly created position include implementing an enterprise-wide risk management reporting and control program and overseeing bank secrecy, compliance, fraud and security. She has been with the bank since being named vice president – risk manager/information security officer in 2007. •
