Nancy Kinirons has been named human-resources manager at the Westerly Community Credit Union. She will be responsible for all aspects of the human-resources department, including employee relations, payroll and recruitment. Previously, Kinirons served as human-resources director at Advanced Solutions for Tomorrow. She has an A.D. from Nassau Community College and a B.A. in social science Adelphi University. •
