Neal J. McNamara has joined Nixon Peabody in Providence as a partner and is a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice group. He joins the firm from the former Providence office of Holland & Knight LLP. McNamara focuses his practice on litigation and counseling. He handles matters involving all major employment-related statutes, including ERISA, Title VII, the ADA, FMLA and ADEA, as well as state law employment issues.
