Neal R. Pandozzi joined the Providence office of Adler Pollock & Sheehan as an attorney, focusing on business and corporate law and commercial and public finance. He has assisted in the representation of numerous municipalities and various state agencies as bond counsel in issuances of taxable and tax-exempt bonds. Pandozzi previously worked as an associate at Tillinghast Licht Perkins Smith & Cohen in Providence. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He received a bachelor’s degree from Providence College and his juris doctorate from Roger Williams University. Pandozzi is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
