Neil Woisard was recently named the loan officer for northern Rhode Island at the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation. Woisard will market the agency’s low-interest loans for first-time buyers directly to consumers and realtors. He has 11 years experience in real estate, including owning and operating Woisard Real Estate. A resident of North Kingstown, Woisard graduated from the University of Rhode Island.
