PROVIDENCE — Nestor Traffic Systems, an affiliate of Nestor, Inc., has established
offices in San Diego, Calif., Athens, Ga., and Ponta Verdra Beach, Fla. as part
of the company’s expansion of its video-based intersection and grade crossing
solutions program, CrossingGuard and Rail CrossGuard. The San Diego office, the
company said, will support installation of CrossingGuard in a number of California
cities, the Florida office will support the Rail CrossingGuard system installed
by the Florida’s Department of Transportation at five crossings, and the Georgia
office has been established to promote the product. Georgia’s legislature recently
passed automated-enforcement legislation.
