Nina L. Luchka has been promoted to vice president and branch manager in the Kings-
town Road, South Kings-
town, office of Washington Trust. Luchka joined the bank in 1989 as a teller. She has an A.S. in liberal arts and a B.S. in business administration from Providence College. •
