According to Nixon Peabody, policyholders with Chubb Executive Risks’ employment practices liability insurance (EPLI), which provides both liability and defense cost coverage for many employment claims, are required to obtain loss prevention services from designated law firms, and must contact the firm directly. Once the policyholder receives loss prevention services, it is reimbursed for 35 to 50 percent of the cost of the law firm’s services up to a cap of 10 percent of the policy premium, Nixon Peabody said.
