Norman L. Leblanc has been promoted to tax manager at Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co. Ltd.’s tax services group in Providence. He has 15 years of tax experience with private and publicly held companies. Leblanc received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Johnson & Wales University and his master’s degree in taxation from Bryant College. He lives in West Warwick with his wife Ana and their two children.
