Palmira G. Azevedo has been promoted to vice president at Citizens Bank. She is a private wealth manager in the private bank and trust department. In her new role, Azevedo is responsible for maintaining relationships in investment management and private banking. She serves as a board member for Reach Out and Read Rhode Island and is a volunteer for Junior Achievement. She has a B.S. from Roger Williams University. •
