Pamela Alarie of North Kingstown recently joined The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company in Warwick as director of human resources. She had been human resources manager of AIPSO for 14 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in business communications from the University of Rhode Island, and is on the executive committee of Projects with Industry.
