Pamela G. Watson has been named chief operating officer of Family Service of Rhode Island in Providence. She was formerly senior vice president of the organization. Watson was the initial director of Family Solutions CEDARR. She has served as adjunct faculty and field instructor for the school of social work at Rhode Island College as well as former contracts administrator.
