Patricia L. Zeller has been named vice president of group insurance trust at Bank-Newport. She will be responsible for management, including the development and implementation of strategies, policies and procedures, and business development. Previously, Zeller served as vice president and account executive at Sovereign Bank. She has a B.A. from Rhode Island College and an M.A. from Bryant University. •
