Patricia M. Hartford has been named vice president, business services for The Washington Trust Company, based in Westerly. She is responsible for the development of new business account relationships in the West Bay and greater Westerly areas through the promotion of business banking products and services, including cash management. Hartford joined the bank in 1982, most recently holding the position of assistant vice president, banking services. She is a board member and capital campaign co-chair for the Greater Westerly-Pawcatuck Chamber of Commerce’s 2004 building expansion. Hartford lives in Westerly.
