Patrick T. LeBeau of Cranston has been promoted to group sales manager for the New England region of Citizens Investment Services Corporation. He now has day-to-day responsibility for all retail investment and insurance activities in the New England franchise and the CISC retail fixed income brokerage business in all states. He is a graduate of Kennedy-Western University in Wyoming and the College of Financial Planning in Denver. He is a certified financial planner and a chartered financial analyst level II candidate.
