Patrick Wholey has been promoted to general sales manager of WPRI 12 and Fox Providence. He was formerly local sales manager at WPRI. He began his career at Young and Rubicam Advertising in 1994. Wholey was also media sales planner for MTV and an account executive for Hallmark Channel and CNBC prior to joining WPRI in 2002. He is a graduate of Stonehill College and lives in South Kingstown.
