Paul B. Buchanan has been appointed vice president/senior finance manager for Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in 2004 from FleetBoston Financial, where he was a divisional controller. He is a certified management accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. Buchanan received a bachelor’s degree from Bryant College and his master’s from Providence College. He lives in Warwick.
