Paul Kloiber has been appointed officer/branch manager of the Newport branch of Citizens Bank at Washington Square. He joined Citizens in June from Bank of America where he served as a branch manager in Jamestown. Kloiber has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota. He also serves as a mentor at the Menrose School in Jamestown. Kloiber lives in Sutton, Mass.
