Paul Rich has been named to The Innovation Providence Implementation Council. Rich currently serves as chief development officer at Deepwater Wind. In his position, he oversees the two wind farm projects Deepwater is proposing to build off the coast of Rhode Island: a six- to eight-turbine wind farm in state waters off Block Island and a utility – scale farm with 100 turbines in federal waters. •
