Paula Turano has been named vice president of Albert Compensation Consulting Associates, located in Newport. She is responsible for providing executive-level human resource services including employee relations, recruiting, retention strategy development, diversity initiative support and training and development. Her duties also include compensation and benefits support in the small to medium business market. Turano has over 25 years experience in the retail, manufacturing, high tech and service industries. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. Turano and her family are residents of Hope Valley.
