Peter Barlow has been hired as vice president/training manager of Citizens Financial Services, Inc. He had been a senior consultant at John Hancock Financial Services in Boston. Barlow is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a degree in English and a master’s degree in higher education administration. He is a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is a resident of Seekonk.
