Peter Plumb has been named president of RISCO Inc. Plumb will be responsible for growing the wholesale brokerage business, new program development and geographic expansion for the organization. Previously, Plumb held positions with Smith, Bell & Thompson (SB&T). In 2008, he was appointed president and managing partner with operational responsibility for the programs division. •
