Phyllis Anderson-Miller has been named director of patient relations at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. She was formerly a staff member of the hospital’s Comprehensive Cancer Center. In her new role, Miller oversees the newly created department, which centralizes patient advocacy efforts throughout the hospital and its pediatric division, Hasbro Children’s Hospital. She is an associate member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Miller lives in East Providence.
