Polaroid sells Waltham ‘campus’

CAMBRIDGE — In its latest move to pare its debt load, Polaroid Corp. announced
that it had sole its 56-acre campus in Waltham for $70 million to Davis Cos. of
Boston. Only last week, Polaroid announced that it had sold two partially completed
office projects off Memorial Drive here in Cambridge. Polaroid also announced
that it had obtained a two-month extension on the repayment of $375 million in
bank loans, the Boston Globe reported.
