PPAC secures $1 million grant

The Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) received a $1 million grant for renovations and to make the Theatre handicap accessible.

The money will be used to construct an elevator that will put the theatre in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Exterior renovations and fire escape work will also be performed with the funds.
