Primeon builds eOffshore Web site

STONEHAM, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Primeon, a leading provider of Web application
development services, announced that it designed and built the Web site and
eBusiness infrastructure of eOffshore(SM), a unique Web-driven financial services
company being formed in Guernsey, Channel Islands, United Kingdom. Primeon’s
role in the creation of eOffshore included technical strategy development; platform
selection and implementation; and integration of all major systems. eOffshore(SM)
will be a specialized financial services company using Web technology to offer
U.S.-based financial services to non-U.S. clients.
