E*Banner allows users to quickly and easily create advanced advertising and e-commerce solutions through high-impact, rich media ads that work effectively in today’s low-bandwidth mass-market Internet. E*Banners provide expandable transactive environments which can be used to sell products, exchange information or advertise. Unlike first generation online advertising models that pitted advertiser against Web site for viewers, E*Banners simultaneously provide significant and measurable benefits to advertisers, Web sites and end users.

Java applets are used to create ads which resemble standard Internet banners, but function much like a Web site. When clicked, the banner expands within the current page, allowing end users to interact with the ad without leaving their original site. E*Banners can use interactive animation and multi-media, conduct dialogs with the consumer and offer a secure environment for e-commerce transactions. E*Banners work with limited bandwidth and are already approved for a number of advertising networks and Web sites, such as DoubleClick, 24/7, E*Trade and the Wall Street Journal. No Plug-Ins are needed to download E*Banners, because they are based on Java programs. And to speed the time to market and reduce costs, BlueStreak.com has developed a Java-based, easy-to-use authoring tool (the On-the-Fly toolset) to create the ads.
