Rachelle Green has been named partner at Duffy & Sweeney. She concentrates her practice in business and intellectual property litigation, and represents clients in areas of employment counseling and litigation. She joined the firm in 2003 after four years at the law firms of Holland & Knight and McGovern Noel & Benik. She has a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. •
