Gerry Suprenant, executive vice president of NAIMG Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. has achieved the SIOR office designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). According to a press release from the New England Real Estate Journal, he is one of eight in Rhode Island to receive the honor. To achieve the designation, he completed over five years of experience in the office real estate field, successfully completed four three-day professional courses conducted by SIOR in Chicago and Miami and submitted a comprehensive application to SIOR. He previously had a 25-year career in banking, spent mostly at Fleet Bank, where he served as senior vice president and manager for the Rhode Island Commercial Real Estate Lending Department.
