Linton A. “Jay” Fluck, III, SIOR has been selected as Realtor of the Year by the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. He is executive vice president and partner at C.B. Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners. He was formerly employed as principal at Ryan Elliot & Company, Inc. and has been a commercial real estate broker since 1974. Fluck holds the National Association of Realtors Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation. He was awarded the 1994 Lear Award by the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, the board on which he serves and chairs the nominating committee. He is a member of the Providence Chamber of Commerce and has been on its industrial development advisory board since the mid 1970’s. He has been on the board of the Providence Preservation Society since 1995 and is now a vice president. He is a graduate and member of Leadership Rhode Island. He is a graduate of Brown University.
