Paul E. Pratt has been appointed property manager of The Arcade in Providence, the nation’s oldest indoor shopping mall. Pratt had been broker associate with Blue Sky Realty Group and the director of education with J.W. Riker Real Estate Network in Warwick. He is a graduate of Our Lady of Providence Seminary College and a former president of the Kent-Washington Board of Realtors. He provides training courses for the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. Pratt lives in South Kingstown.
