Rear Admiral Thomas G. Wears has been named commander of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. Wears is a graduate of the University of Missouri’s Navy ROTC Program. Wears also holds an M.S. in national security strategy from the National War College, an M.S. in engineering management from Old Dominion University and Level 3 certification in program management from the Defense Acquisition University. •
