Rebecca M. Moniz, principal broker of Young Realty in North Kingstown, was recently elected 2006 president of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors. She has been a member since 1985 and served on the board of directors since 2002, was treasurer in 2004 and president-elect in 2005. Moniz has chaired numerous committees, including the education, professional development, finance, golf tournament and strategic planning committees.
