Renée A.R. Evangelista has been named partner-in-charge at Edwards & Angell’s Providence and Newport offices. Evangelista joined the firm’s trusts and estates department in 1991. Prior to that, she was assistant probate judge for the city of Warwick. Evangelista has a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law.
