Richard F. Gosselin has joined Middletown-based Northeast Engineers and Consultants Inc. He is a professional land surveyor registered in Massachusetts and will operate out of the company’s West Bridgewater, Mass., office. Gosselin has more than 35 years of experience and specializes in geospatial information systems for municipalities and utility companies. He is president of the eastern chapter of the Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers.
