Richard L. Frigon has been appointed administrator for The Saint Elizabeth Community’s Saint Elizabeth Court in Providence. He is responsible for personnel and operations of the 69-unit facility. Frigon had served as manager of the Community’s Westminster Place facility since 1993. He is a graduate of Roger Williams University. Frigon is a resident of Coventry.
