Richard Proia has been named director of environmental services at Twin River. Proia joined Twin River four years ago, and most recently served as facilities manager there. He will now be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire facility. Prior to Twin River, he held the position of operations manager for Coventry-based Arkwright Inc. •
