Robert A. DiMuccio has been elected to the boards of directors for The Washington Trust Co. and its publicly owned holding company, Washington Trust Bancorp Inc. DiMuccio currently serves as the chairman, president and CEO of Amica Mutual Insurance Co. He holds a chartered property casualty underwriter educational designation, is a member of various certified public accountants groups and is a board member or trustee of several nonprofit institutions. •
