Robert E. Cadogan has been promoted to senior vice president/chief financial officer of Citizens Bank of Rhode Island and Citizens Bank of Connecticut. He has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services and was most recently vice president of Citizens Bank Rhode Island. In his new role, Cadogan is responsible for financial analysis and management reporting.
