Robert F. Meehan has been named senior vice president/human resources for Citizens Bank. His responsibilities include operations and overall recruitment strategies for Citizens Financial Group, Inc., staffing for all Rhode Island positions and other states that report to Rhode Island managers. Meehan had previously worked at Putnam Investments in Boston. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Towson University in Maryland. Meehan lives in Providence.
