Robert Gordon has been promoted to vice president for Citizens Bank in the commercial field exams department. Previously, Gordon served as head examiner for the commercial field exams department. In his new role, Gordon will lead commercial loan collateral examinations for bank clients. He has a B.A. in management from Johnson & Wales University and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. •
