Robert Wischnowsky was recently promoted to executive vice president, chief technology officer at FleetBoston Financial. He will have oversight of the company’s information technology operations and the development and deployment of technology. He was most recently managing director of information risk at the company. A 1979 graduate of Bryant College, Wischnowsky has served on numerous professional and community boards and committees.
