Robin L. Erickson has been appointed director of communications and major gifts officer for the American Red Cross of Rhode Island. She is responsible for all media and public relations, publicity and external communications. Erickson’s duties also include the major gifts campaign for the company. She previously held the position of assistant director of alumni relations at Roger Williams University. Erickson is a graduate of Providence College. She lives in North Providence.
