Ronald M. Coia has joined BuildRI in Providence as assistant executive director. He has 40 years of experience in labor relations in the construction industry. Coia was most recently business manager for the R.I. Laborers’ District Council, and chairman of the Laborers’ health, pension, annuity and legal funds. He has a bachelor’s degree from Providence College.
