Russell J. Ferland has been appointed executive vice president for The Robinson Green Beretta. In this position Ferland oversees all aspects of the company’s engineering department. He has broad experience in site design and development, parking lot design, site utility, and plumbing design. Ferland has served on numerous boards in R.I. and New England, including the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams College. Ferland is a resident of Pawtucket where he serves on numerous boards, including secretary for the Zoning Board of Review.
