Ryan Wilkes has been named manager of information technology program and policy systems at FM Global. In his new role, Wilkes oversees an IT team of business analysts, developers and quality assurance professionals. Prior to joining FM Global, Wilkes was a consultant at New York-based Ernst & Young and a Web developer at Fort Point Partners. He has a B.A. in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
